These Terms explain how you may use BLOQPAGE, a website builder SaaS brand operated under 8thWanda Group (Pty) Ltd.
BLOQPAGE is a website and page builder SaaS brand operated under 8thWanda Group (Pty) Ltd, a South African private company. References to BLOQPAGE, we, us, or our in these Terms mean the BLOQPAGE service and 8thWanda Group (Pty) Ltd as the operator of that service.
By creating an account, using the dashboard, publishing a site, buying a template, starting a subscription, or accessing BLOQPAGE in any way, you agree to these Terms.
BLOQPAGE lets users create workspaces, projects, pages, published websites, custom domains, templates, assets, team access, AI-assisted content, and related website-management features.
Some features are free and some require a paid workspace subscription, paid template purchase, or other paid plan. Feature availability may depend on your plan, workspace limits, billing status, and product changes.
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account or workspaces. Use accurate account information and do not share access in a way that avoids plan limits or security controls.
Workspace owners are responsible for inviting the right team members, assigning appropriate roles, removing people who should no longer have access, and managing projects or assets in that workspace.
Paid subscriptions are billed through our payment provider. Plan prices, billing intervals, limits, and included features are shown at checkout and in billing screens. Taxes, payment-provider fees, and currency handling may depend on the payment provider and your location.
When you cancel a subscription, automatic renewal stops. Unless stated otherwise or required by law, paid access may remain available until the end of the paid billing period, after which the workspace may move to the Free plan and Free plan limits.
Changing plans, applying promo codes, buying templates, or using paid features may create additional terms shown in the relevant checkout or product screen.
You keep ownership of content that you upload, write, generate, import, or publish through BLOQPAGE, including text, images, videos, code, designs, and brand assets.
You grant BLOQPAGE the permission needed to host, store, process, back up, display, publish, secure, and deliver that content so we can provide the service.
You are responsible for making sure your content, websites, imports, custom code, and published pages are lawful, accurate, and do not infringe third-party rights.
If you connect a custom domain, you must have the right to use that domain and you are responsible for DNS configuration, domain renewal, and any third-party domain registrar requirements.
We may remove, disable, or refuse to publish a site if it appears to be abusive, unlawful, deceptive, harmful, infringing, or likely to create security, operational, or reputational risk.
Templates and marketplace items are licensed for use within BLOQPAGE unless a separate license says otherwise. You may not resell, redistribute, scrape, or package BLOQPAGE templates as competing products without written permission.
When importing HTML, CSS, JavaScript, images, videos, fonts, or other files, you are responsible for confirming that you have permission to use those materials and that imported code is safe.
BLOQPAGE may offer AI-assisted generation, editing, or content suggestions. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your use case, so you must review and approve it before publishing or relying on it.
Do not submit sensitive personal information, secrets, passwords, payment details, private keys, or confidential client data into AI prompts unless you are sure it is appropriate and allowed.
AI features may be subject to usage credits, model availability, safety filters, and third-party provider limits.
You may not use BLOQPAGE to host, generate, import, publish, or distribute malware, phishing pages, scams, spam, illegal content, hateful or abusive content, content that exploits people, content that infringes intellectual property, or anything designed to bypass security or harm others.
You may not probe, overload, reverse engineer, scrape, attack, or interfere with BLOQPAGE systems, customer sites, payment flows, APIs, or infrastructure.
BLOQPAGE integrates with third-party providers for services such as payments, email, hosting, storage, analytics, AI, images, domains, and deployment infrastructure. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices.
We are not responsible for failures, outages, policy changes, or actions by third-party services outside our reasonable control.
We work to keep BLOQPAGE reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, provider outages, abuse prevention, security incidents, or product changes may affect access.
We may improve, change, limit, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. Where practical, we will try to avoid unnecessary disruption to active customers.
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, misuse the service, create security or legal risk, or use BLOQPAGE in a way that harms other users, third parties, or the platform.
You may stop using BLOQPAGE at any time. You remain responsible for fees already incurred and for exporting or preserving your content before closing an account or workspace.
BLOQPAGE is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we do not make guarantees about revenue, search ranking, conversion performance, uninterrupted operation, or fitness for a specific business outcome.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, BLOQPAGE and 8thWanda Group (Pty) Ltd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or loss-of-profit damages arising from your use of the service.
Our Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information when you use BLOQPAGE. By using the service, you acknowledge that personal information will be handled as described in the Privacy Notice.
We may update these Terms when the product, legal requirements, pricing, or business operations change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last-updated date.
If a change is material, we may provide additional notice through the dashboard, email, or other reasonable channels.
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Disputes will be handled by the courts or forums with jurisdiction in South Africa, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
